The Brief
Campaigns pour budget into TV, mail, and digital, then leave the most direct outreach to whoever has a spare hour. Meanwhile carriers flag more legitimate campaign calls and texts every cycle, so the outreach that does go out never reaches a voter.
Danny and I started Dial to fix that at the level most vendors ignore: races from school board to statewide that need a professional contact program priced so they can run it all cycle, not just in the final three weeks.
The Work
A full-time contact program costs a fraction of one TV buy.
I built the company's entire outward face: name, positioning, brand identity, and the full dialforcampaigns.com site, designed and shipped end to end on a Midnight and Ember palette with Clash Display and Instrument Sans. I wrote every word of it, from the deliverability argument to the field-experiment research section that makes the case for direct contact on evidence rather than vibes.
Around the site I built the commercial machinery: intake and consultation flow, pricing and FAQ battlecards, cold call scripts, sample call sheets, and the prospect pipeline targeting 2026 Democratic campaigns across every race level. I also handled the technical side, Cloudflare DNS through Netlify deployment.
Danny runs the program side: lists cleaned, systems wired, deliverability protected, and reporting that ties every text and call back to the voter file. We work small and stay accountable, with no agency layers between the campaign and the people doing the work.
Track Record
Dial is a new company. The work behind it is not new.
Since 2024, Danny and I have run phone and text programs across dozens of Democratic campaigns, working through a network of local partners we recruited and trained ourselves. Real people calling and texting their own communities, not a rented room three states away reading a script.
The work has run from contact at volume, to the backend data analysis that tells a campaign what a send actually did, to software training for the staff and volunteers who get handed a dialer or a texting platform days before they need to be fluent on it.
Dozens of campaigns is where the operating instinct comes from: which universes are worth the spend, how early a program has to start to matter, and how fast deliverability degrades when nobody is watching it.
Dial packages that experience so a campaign can hire it directly.
What We Run
- SMS
Peer-to-peer and broadcast texting built for deliverability, with branching scripts that handle real replies and opt-out compliance handled for the campaign.
- Phones
Live persuasion, voter ID, and GOTV programs run by trained callers, with numbers managed to protect connect rates.
- Robocalls
Automated voice for reminders and turnout, deployed compliantly to amplify live contact rather than replace it.
- Strategy
Consulting on universe, message, and timing, so the mix fits the race instead of the vendor's convenience.
